What a horrible place. Ordered food, waited almost 2 hours (was 20 minutes away from the takeaway). When the food arrived it was the wrong thing, so sent the full order back as didn't feel like waiting another 2 hours for my food. Phoned to get a refund, not only was I refused a refund but was also screamed at over the phone by an incredibly rude manager, I couldn't even get a word in. What an awful way to run a business - you should accept the fact you made a mistake and pay for it, the money shouldn't be coming out of MY pocket for YOUR mistakes!!!! Hope this pace gets shut down as by reading reviews here and on just eat, I'm not the first person this happened to.

Arrived with missing order, called the restaurant straight after we noticed for re-delivery. The restaurant kept denying the missing items until they asked for our post codes to check the order. Then responded rudely and said they can redeliver but that will take some times as they are busy. My boyfriend said we do not wish to wait any longer so requested a refund. Waited 3 hours for the refund after talking to just eat customer service, the restaurant lied about sending someone over and said they've been here but we didn't open the door. We were at home all along with two dogs that are extremely sensitive to door bells (didn't hear anything at all)
