All positive . Free parking. Free continental breakfast. Clean room everyday. Food and drink great . Location great too. Only negative room could of been a little bigger. But that's it's

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Good sized family room with tea and coffee. Good continental breakfast with cooked option at extra charge. On a well served bus route to centre of town. Perfect for a short break.

Great location, very convenient for the zoo a ten minute walk away and lots of local shops and cafes around. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and clean and the staff are very freindly and pleasant.

Nice hotel myself and my wife have visited before. Carvery inside the hotel has really good food and not too expensive either. Nice rooms and staff as well. Close to Edinburgh zoo which was part of the reason for staying here it's maybe about a 15-20 walk or probably a 5 minute drive. Would definitely use this hotel again if coming back.
