This is one of my favourite India's in Edinburgh. I run an Airbnb and encourage any guests who like Indian food to come to this restaurant near the top of Dundas Street (on the East side of the Street).
The food is top quality. The staff are very polite and well mannered. They know who to treat a guest do they get the most positive dining experience possible.

Avoid! We telephoned to check on delivery of our order and were told no order existed, and if we called again the owner would call the police! We ordered from another restaurant then the original order arrived so we ended up paying twice. I called the owner the next day to give him a chance to apologise and he was abusive and said he didnt care if we returned. Awful.

Very good food and quirky but fun atmosphere. Lots of regulars which is a testament to its quality and consistency.

My girlfriend and I had such a good dinner last night, the staff certainly knows what they sell! Had a lovely talk with the manager (owner?) about his time in The Netherlands. Finally an Indian place that listens to your requests! If you ask them to make your dish Vindaloo hot, you better watch out! :)

We had an excellent dinner here last night. The staff was very friendly and helpful in helping us pick from the huge menu. Ended up ordering way too much as always, but everything was really well prepped and tasted excellent. I would recommend going here if you're looking for a good Indian place.
