This is my second review for the salon. I am doing it because they do deserve it. So, I ve gone to many salons in the past (around 6, 4 in edinburgh) for my IPL hair removal session. I must say that none satisfied me except this one. Specifically, Gillian is an exceptional professional who every time takes care of me. But the thing I like more is the value for money. Gillian is super fast and she loves her job. Very friendly and very good at her work. The only thing that bothers me in the salon is that they do not have electrolysis.. I hope that this will change in the future because at the other salons I ve been I ve seen poor quality (still searching).

Great range of treatments, I was spoiled for choice. Decided on a hot stone massage which was just bliss! The therapists were all very friendly and welcoming and I will definatly be going back!

I was reccomended to Inside&Out salon by one of my collegues. All the staff are extremely welcoming,polite and really showed alot of interest. They offer a great amount of treatments from pampering to relaxation. I booked in for Shellac nails which I absolutely loved. I will definitly be returning to this salon to try out more of their treatments.

I've used the salon couple of times before my wedding. Receptionist has put me through to the owner for initial advice and because I was on budget she offered me quite a good discount, which was a pleasant surprise as I didnt even ask for it. Overall I was pleased with the service I received. The salon is clean, they have a wide range of services, all girls were very nice and chatty. I only had one complaint. After the trial make up. when I went out to the street and saw myself in the mirror in the day light I realised the base tone was way too light and i looked very pale. So I called back and as the girl who did my make up wasnt there, the receptionist promissed to pass a message to her that I need a darker tone. I didnt have an opportunity to follow up as I was busy with other wedding preparations, but turned out the girl who did my make up didnt get that message at the end. She still did a good job masking the pale tone with powders she had on her, but would have been easier and less worrying for me if she did have the choice of colours I needed. I did however receive many compliments on the day and i think at the end the make up looked great.
