Staff were lovely I had a salt scrub and a manicure and pedicure. Pedicure has been good and polish has lasted 3 weeks. Nail however the colour began to fad the first week and by the end of the first week the polish was coming off and looked a mess. I had to go to a nail bar while on holiday to have it replaced. I have used pure spa for years and had no issues I did let them know about the problem and instead of contacting me they sent me this link to post another review. Just goes to show how little time they spend reading their reviews.
