If I could give it a zero I would, I went for HD brows, I was not greeted by a friendly atmosphere, I was not offered any refreshments although other women there had been given refreshments, what should of been 30/40 minutes was a 20 minute appointment, the girl did not talk through anything with me, no discussion took place about colouring or shape, there was no products offered after the treatment even though this is stated on the website, the eye brown themself did not match my face and the colour of the dye and pencil was far darker then it should of been, the girl was far more nosey than I expected, alot of the time it was too personal, when I'm paying for a treatment In a supposed high end salon I expect royalty treatment. I won't be returning no amount of money off voucher excuses the treatment I received. All in all I was extremely disappointed.

Always friendly and helpful with true professional results. The staff are just lovely, highly recommend Zen and Helen for brow's.

Had a wonderful experience here today. After coming through Breast cancer (and being shown the door at another Edinburgh Beauty clinic) i had the most relaxing and indulgent Massage today. After very careful assessment of my condition i felt in safe hands and i really really enjoyed it thank you.. highly recommended.
