Noemi was so fantastic and my tattoo is amazing. Couldn't ask for a better place to go in Edinburgh. I sent Noemi an idea of what I wanted, and it was like she read my mind. Thank you guys so much! Next time I'm in Edinburgh and want ink done, I definitely know where I'm going.

I got piercings done here two weeks ago and had a great experience. Sarah was quick, discreet, professional and had great customer service. She made me feel comfortable and answered all of my many questions. I would happily recommend to a friend. Since my visit I have had zero problems with my piercings which is really what you want at the end of the day. :)

I've replied to owners post at bottom of message. And this is not a fake post.... I got a tattoo here a good few years ago. Two feathers on my arm . The first one I got done was great . The second one was terrible . . I asked the guy if i could keep the tracing paper from the first so when i come back to get the other feather done it will be from the same drawing . He said he'll keep it . I went back to get the second feather done a week later . The guy lost the image. He QUICKLY drew another one . Whist talking to a girl in the shop about his night taken ecstasy. And how much he liked the girls friend . He was saying to the girl that he stayed up all night waiting on her friend . But she never turned up He started my tattoo still talking to this girl . Once he finished and I got home the tattoo looked like it be drawn by a five year old . No detail . A solid black line around the feather . I never complained because at the end off the day . What could've they done .. i Wouldn't let them near my dead cat with a tattoo gun ...I'm still annoyed by this tattoo . I spent £150 per feather . Now I'm getting the extremely bad tattoo covered sometime this year 2017..
In response to the owner . This review is a true review. What do I get from writing a fake review .. and I've written many reviews and told and showed people my tattoo . And the difference between each feather . And it's 1million percent true that the small guy who was wearing a baseball cap that done my tattoo in the room to the right hand side of the counter was speaking to a girl about . How he was taken ecstasy the night before whilst waiting on ( the girl at counter) friend. But she never arrived. And he was pist about it ..

Wow! - I was totally blown away by my experience of studio XIII. The professionalism, patience and understanding shown by Sarah when she pierced my extremely apprehensive (terrified) daughters ears was fantastic. Sarah found an area of common interest and her chat, humour and genuine interest in my 10yr old managed to put her at ease enough to go through with the piercing. I now have one extremely delighted child who thinks Sarah is amazing! Thank you so much.

I had my nose pierced about six month ago by Sarah which had been a great pretty much pain free experience during which I had a lovely chat with Sarah, you really notice how experienced and good she is at her job. Went back a few days ago to get my helix done, I didn't have an appointment and when I arrived I was told that it was the first day piercing of their new piercing apprentice Charlotte and was asked if I would be ok with Charlotte doing the piercing. Knowing that Sarah would be there I happily agreed and leaving this review here now to tell the world to go get a piercing done by Charlotte because even though it was her very first day piercing she made me feel super relaxed and had a nice chat with me which totally distracted me from that bit of pain... Overall I can only recommend getting pierced by Sarah or Charlotte in Studio 13!
