Sam (Samantha) Thomson was an excellent guide. She guided our group around Edinburgh and environs for 2 days in early August, including going to the Edinburgh Tattoo with us. Great sense of humor, very knowledgeable, willing to tell you what she genuinely thinks while doing so tactfully and without rancor. We would definitely recommend her for any group who would like a knowledgeable guide who really goes the second mile for her group. First rate.
