disgusting that you cannot contact them on a saturday morning not the sort of customer experience i would expect from "Edinburghs best bus company" all the numbers got to a central "helpline" to be told we are open monday to friday but in the days of 24 hour travel and especially in the run up to christmas to only be contactable during the week is really laughable considering all contact centres are open saturdays and some even sundays nowadays wake up LRT and smell the coffee. The worst i have ever seen for customer service so make sure you don't lose anything at the weekend as you'll not be able to get anywhere till the monday morning and thats even if you get someone to answer the phone
