Some items are priced a stupid rates but are decent enough quality. Not usually worth £10 a dog collar though most of the time.
However, being able to see it before buying is better than getting an unknown item for less £ online.
My dog loves this place. She is 11 and tries to pull me around like she is a pup again. They give dogs a treat at the checkout too.

Good shop but there was a few dead fish in tanks witch can be off putting to buyers, service was friendly

Decent selection of pet toys and accessories. Food is over priced. Staff moaned about me squeaking toys, was trying to find right one for my dog. Seems an odd place to work if you don't like the sound of dog toys.

I've had great experience with the shop however one of my fish that I got from them is pregnant and I have all my fish from them. Infact the fish they gave me are all from the same tank so I thought they would know one was female. Now I have lots of baby fish I didn't and don't want thanks to a shop that should know better. I will be in touch with them in a few days but regardless of the outcome it's not what I thought would happen

Excellent for regular shopping for your pets. This shop has everything you need: pet food, pet medicine, pet toys, pets. Whatever you think of - they either have it or can order it for You. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. This shop also has a vet clinic and beauty salon (also for pets). Great place.
