We just completed a switch to a new mortgage deal via First Mortgage. The service we received was as efficient and as professional as it was from them two years ago when we first purchased our home. Everything was so straightforward and Melissa was available to speak by phone in the evening and at weekends, which was very convenient. Melissa found us a great deal - far better than what I had expected we would be eligible for - and with the savings we are now making we'll be able to do some home improvements and pay for our wedding. We will return to First Mortgage when our current deal is up for renewal in a couple of years. Many thanks to Melissa Hirst and Amanda Shaker.

Highly recommend. Michael helped us with a first mortgage as our circumstances were a bit complicated. The whole process was incredibly easy and Michael was excellent about replying promptly to queries and keeping us informed. He's recently helped us to remortgage and again, the process couldn't have been simpler and we're very happy with the deal he arranged for us.

Everyone tells you how stressful getting a mortgage is, but with James and Kelly by your side you'll be stress-free every step of the way!
Our advisor James (who we later discovered was an award-winning advisor!) was exceptionally helpful, friendly and explained everything in a way we could understand easily and quickly. Our meetings were informative and positive and we always left feeling like we were being taken care of.
When it came to actually applying for the mortgage (in August 2017) James had done all the legwork based on the information he had gathered from our initial meeting in March, and had prepared a list of potential lenders, specifying which one he would recommend. There is absolutely no feeling of being taken for a ride, or of any hands being in any pockets - First Mortgage were transparent from start to finish and we definitely feel we were recommended the best deal to suit our situation.
Kelly was also extremely helpful, emailing us every three days (or more!) to update us on the status of the application, and chasing anyone who didn't reply soon enough! This took a lot of the anxiety out of the process and made us feel very much at ease.
I have known people to apply for mortgages on their own and it sounds exceptionally difficult and scary - First Mortgage takes all of this on for you.
Overall you just feel like you are in good hands. They are trustworthy, friendly and informative. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I would highly recommend First Mortgage to anyone. We were recommended by friends of ours who had a really good experience and we were not disappointed. Michael Robinson our Advisor was extremely helpful, gave us good advice and direction and communication was always easy and very accommodating. What I have liked about First Mortgage is that they take you right through from discussing a Mortgage to getting the keys into your hand. They have made our first time buyers experience much easier than I was expecting. Thank you.
