Was introduced to yoga 16 years ago after 6 months of chemo therapy and radio therapy from breast cancer.
I am cancer free and still practicing yoga with Julie Hanson and her team at Seasonal Yoga!

This is truly my second home. I've been coming to classes for almost 6 years and I never tire of it. The instructors are fabulous. The space is welcoming and just as a yoga space should be. Love, love, love it.

I've found individual instructors, the ethos of Seasonal practice classes and teacher training to be inspiring, sincere and far beyond anything I imagined. The studio itself is well appointed and a very pleasant environment and the welcome is always warm and friendly. I've recommended others to check out the wide range of classes available as SYA was recommended to me and am impressed you the active community outreach programme too. Everything is so well thought out while maintaining a very human touch.

I absolutely love this place- the studio itself is beautiful, cosy and welcoming. The teachers are very experienced and inspiring. The teacher training course is fantastic, so informative, thought provoking and motivating. Would highly recommend to everyone.
