Can't recommend the studio highly enough, it doesn't matter if you go in with mental angst or physical pain after a class you come out walking tall feeling balanced mentally and physically. I'm wondering if I could just take up residence there?!? JS

I've only been to a few classes at Yoga Extension but I have had an excellent experience at each class. The studio is fully equipped, the atmosphere is friendly and supportive. The teachers are hugely knowledgeable and experienced in both yoga and teaching, which has meant I have learned something new at every class that has made a significant change to how I practice. I am now trying to attend classes here every week.
I've only been to a few classes at Yoga Extension but I have had an excellent experience at each class. The studio is fully equipped, the atmosphere is friendly and supportive. The teachers are hugely knowledgeable and experienced in both yoga and teaching, which has meant I have learned something new at every class that has made a significant change to how I practice. I am now trying to attend classes here every week.

I hadn't tried Iyengar yoga before and was in rusty shape but a 1:1 session with Frances put me immediately at ease and I've been coming back for classes and workshops as often as possible ever since.
The atmosphere is always relaxed and friendly, the studio is well equipped, the teachers are excellent, and I love that no two classes are the same. After just a few months I can really feel the benefit to both mind and body.

The Yoga Extension is the best yoga studio I have ever been to. The teachers are all hugely knowledgeable and pay close attention to the individual student's particulate challenges or requirements. The studio is beautiful and class sizes are carefully monitored so it never feels crowded. I look forward to my weekly class with Frances and feel the benefits of it in so many ways throughout the week. As a working mum, it's the one thing I do for myself every week and can highly recommend it!

Since my first visit I haven't been more than totally blown away by The Yoga Extension classes and workshops...it's a true inspiration ...close to town and the West End with virtually all the facilities of a fully equipped Iyengar Yoga studio. Frances deserves nothing but continual praise in my opinion... to have the courage and determination at what is a precarious time in financial history...we are very lucky people.
