I have been going to classes with Paula and Pol for years on and off. Both are very knowledgeable teachers, and the classes have a nice vibe. I would highly recommend them.

I have been going to Paula’s yoga classes since January. Having tried other yoga centres I can honestly say this has been by far the best experience. Paula always encourages you to practice within your own limits giving multiple variations depending on ability. I come out of practice feeling so relaxed and have my best sleep of the week! Yoga with Paula has definitely improved both body and mind 😊

Paula's yoga classes were recommended to me by a friend and I have absolutely loved her classes! Having done yoga on and off over the years, Yoga Meditation Healing is by far my favourite studio - Paula is just the most fantastic, patient teacher and her enthusiasm is infectious!

Having no background in yoga, I have visited this place and now I am an 8 month regular. It only takes a few sessions two realize the benefits of doing yoga with meditation and the impact of them in your daily life. Pol is an amazing and experienced instructor that knows the needs of a newcomer and helps you integrate and pick up quickly. If you want to experience and get in to yoga this is the place to be!

As a newcomer to Yoga and not fully aware of the benefits, this place was brilliant at firstly making me feel welcome and then transforming my usual fitness routines by making me stronger & helping me become free of regular injuries. Not only is it a great place to learn & practice Yoga with great teachers & enjoyable classes, the results resonate across other aspects of life for a healthier body and mind. If you're new to Yoga & are looking to start or are already practising and looking to progress, this is the place!
