Best burger I have ever tasted the food deserves five stars but the customer service from Megan on the 11/11/17 was absolutely appalling so in this case one star was given. Not a single smile not welcoming one but huffed when we asked to change something in are order and over all didn’t give a good vibe off.

Made in front of your eyes, great filling food, LARGE portions of chips unlike anywhere else, unlimited drink refills from drinks machine, love going back

There was a problem with my fries. They were replaced and refunded by Alan, who also offered to make me another burger if mine was cold while I waited and he gave me a milkshake to try. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Burger was brilliant too, nothing like in most fast food outlets. Good quality and made individually to order. An excellent experience all round, especially Alan's customer service. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back.

Just experienced Five Guys for the first time and won't be back. £35 for 3 burgers, a large fries and 2 drinks served in polystyrene and tinfoil! Very average burger in a fast food setting with restaurant prices.
