One of the best customer experiences I've ever received. I wanted to find somewhere that was good at gel nails and was trustworthy and went by online reviews. I am normally still sceptical until I've went myself, however it was a really plesent experience. The two memebers of staff I dealt with were just so lovely and friendly and really made my Saturday morning! I've already recommended to my friends based on the quality and the service.

Booked 3 treatments for 10am. Got a call at 9.10 to say the therapist was locked in her house and wouldn't know when she would be in the salon. They did not have anyone else to carry out the facial or massage. I had this booked for over a week as I'm going away tomorrow and cancelled a massage closer to home to go here. I was told I could go in for my manicure but that was it, not even with an offer of a discount, would i like to re-schedule my facial or anything. Girl on the phone lacked customer service skills. When I got the call I was already on route driving to Glasgow to attend my appointment. This is very poor service, now I will not be able to get treatments elsewhere at this short notice. Somehow I do not believe the story of the therapist being locked in her house either. Definitely will not be treating a agin and would avoid is possible!!!!

I've been here twice now for different treatments. The staff are really friendly and are more than happy to cater to guys as well as girls. Would happily go back. They do take walk-ins but best to book an appointment

As an international traveller, I based my choice on the reviews, and the team at Deborah's lived up to all the positive reviews. I walked in to see if they could fit me in an available slot. I was lucky to receive an amazing treatment from Jetmira!!! She was gentle and kind, exactly what you want with beauty treatments, especially waxing.
Highly recommend the team here!!!
