Travelled with Blackpool promotions and stayed in Royal seabank, Boston, and the the Alexandra when travelling to Blackpool would not consider using anyone else..... Fantastic value for money

Just back from the Boston after a four night stay. I have to say the standards have slipped . The dinning experience especially . It is a absolute shamples. Not enough tables to seat all guests at once, because of the extention, so more rooms, so more guests. Tables not cleaned if you leave going to breakfast till later. The same if you opt for late sitting diner. Tableclothes not changed so you have to eat your meal on top of someone else's mess. This was our 6th time at the Boston. Will not be rushing back. PS Not enough staff

We have just returned from Blackpool and our stay at the Royal Seabank hotel. The food is good and the entertainment was brilliant especially the Four D's, WOW, they were fantastic worth the trip just to see them. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. Great value for the money not 4 star but we didn't pay 4 star prices it is what it is and we enjoyed our stay.

Just bk from a stay at the The Royal Carlton hotel. Had a fantastic time. The hotel was lovely, lovely meals and fantastic entertainment but above all the staff were all amazing. I have a 4 year old daughter and a disabled mother and everyone went out their way to help and accomodate. Will defo be returning for another stay soon.x

Hi stayed at royal seabank hotel blackpool in June 2017 and I had been bitten from bed bugs multiple times over my body and turned to scabies infection came back home went to see doctors and this is what the doctor said it's scabies and got a letter and emailed blackpool promotions tried to say I had been bitten before I came to this hotel not a chance in one and half days off staying there I had a load off fresh bite marks on back by the fourth day there were all over my body and itching all over and all night the hotel royal seabank hotel tried to say it mite be chicken pocks the room I stayed was not cleaned properly before I checked in blackpool promotions have just fogged me off by saying I had the scabies before I came to the hotel and now they are not even answering to my emails I even had evening meals for a week what a joke I did not even like it when I booked it says 4 course meal it's not its 3 course meal and the manager try to Parm me off by saying it's chicken pocks I would not be surprised if this review get taken off I have never ever been bitten by bed bugs scabies infection in my life even have a doctors letter as prof doctor has even said I have got it from royal sea bank hotel I even sent it to Blackpool promotion and they are saying I have had it before I came to royal saebank hotel just fogged me off By saying I had the bitten before I came to the hotel these are fresh bite marks
