Decent sized branch of bookstore chain, located inside the Eastgate Shopping Centre. Range is pretty OK although can be frustrating if you are looking for something a bit more obscure.
Staff are friendly, helpful and enthusiastic.

It was quite dirty for a start.I had hot choclate that was very nice.The service was ok over all three stats
