Super helpful staff... Particularly the lady at the till on our visit (Kate? or Kath?) good selection of gear and easy access from the main road to pick up any kit you maybe short of thanks

Top class outdoor store. Well stocked with a range of the latest stuff. Very helpful staff. Easy to access location with free parking.

Visited this store on Monday hoping for a gait analysis there was only one assistant upstairs who was with another customer and this was OK up to the half hour mark when it was clear he was not making a purchase and was talking about his outdoor experiences with assistant we were neither spoken to or even acknowledged that we existed, very disappointed to say the least, went downstairs to pay for socks and mentioned to assistant she said " it's not our fault" customer service leaves a lot to be desired, shame really as was really looking forward to the experience and fully prepared to be making a sizeable purchase that day
