Had a lovely time at the penta. Love the brand concept and the gm and am are super people, great at their jobs. I actually meant to click 5* but now can't go back to edit it! I was here with work but will definitely be back soon with my partner. The menus and rooms are reasonably priced without the standard major slash in quality - i actually think the penta doesn't get enough locals - a great wee place for a meal and a few cocktails. Big + for me - some of the rooms are dog friendly :).

Lovely reception. Staff is friendly. Wide range of breafast types. Healthy, English or pancakes.

Room was fresh, clean and trendy with a map of Inverness as the headboard. Decent desk to work at, wet room was good but water pressure a bit low. TV was awkward to operate and switched itself off after a few minutes unless you flick between channels which keeps it on. Breakfast was excellent and I was left alone which I prefer. Never had evening meal.

Absolutely lovely bar and smoking area. Free pool in the bar. The entertainnent was exceptional. The staff were so helpful and great to talk too. However drinks were far too inflated. Great location for access into the city centre and surrounding area. Would definitely visit again.
