Good size room with some lovely views. Very comfy bed. Nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. But a bit cold bathroom with no heating so shower in the morning wasn't too enjoyable 😉

A great pub located at mile and a half away from Keswick just off the a66. Cosy inside with open fire, excellent local ales and superb food. Nice beer garden with great views. Very reasonably priced for the lake district. Couldn't reccomend enough
