Amazing burgers, nicest one I've ever had. it was perfectly cooked, just the right size not to big not to small. there's nothing i would change about it, as it was perfect. personally i don't think it was to expensive because of how good it tasted, and you pay for what you get at the end of the day. I stayed in the hotel as well and that was very nice as well. without a doubt the nicest hotel in the lakes if not the country. service was amazing in the hotel and the restaurant was amazing. I would definitely stay again and go to the steakhouse again. 10/10 no faults what so ever would definitely stay again and eat at the amazing restaurant again definitely worth the price.

Unfortunately not worth the money spent. Medium flank steak was extremely tough & asparagus way over cooked. They would happy change the food if you complained but there seemed to be a few people sending stuff back. 2 stars for effort and customer service but certainly not quality of food.

Not as good as was expecting. Steak was slightly over done and sides of jacket and house 'slaw were past there best. Have visited bar in same venue before and enjoyed the atmosphere and good quality drinks. Restaurant wasnt the same experience unfortunately. Overpriced for what you get and better options in Keswick
