Great restaurant and cocktail bar, well worth a vist ! Didn't eat in the evening but the food looked and smelt delicious! We had breakfast in there and it was fab , they even serve prosecco for breakfast! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, we will definitely go back next time we are in Bristol.

Looking for somewhere to eat today and stopped at Aqua. So very pleased we did, the food was amazing & the staff were very friendly & helpful plus the prices are reasonable. We will definitely visit again.

We went to Aqua Italia last night, arrived for our reservation a bit early but were able to be seated when we arrived. The restaurant was packed and buzzing, a good atmosphere, but after sitting for 15 minutes without being seen or even being offered water, it was clear the staff were very rushed. We flagged down the host, who seemed to be the manager, saying we hadn't been seen yet and he rushed us to place our full order then, even though we weren't ready and simply wanted a drink to start. After receiving our drinks, still no water after asking as well, we quickly placed our order and he ran off. Our food did come quickly, and the food was nice. We had to ask the waitress who brought our food for our missing bread with our meal, and again had to ask for water (third time). We had to wait for ages for our plates to be cleared, and again had to wave someone down for our bill, and wave someone down to pay. And trust me - we are laid back people - but it was clear we didn't even have an assigned server, and we had to constantly wave someone down for attention - which made us feel like we were irritating the staff and asking too much. We probably won't visit again on a busy weekend evening. We were unfortunate to receive, well, basically no service at all!

Can't believe anyone would say the food is bad. I'm so fussy and so is my boyfriend we've just had the nicest meal here and service was great. Would definitely recommend and just a shame we are here for a trip as if we were local would certainly be returning often!
