Small intimate music venue. Well stocked bar with lagers, ciders, wines and spirits. Cocktails available 2 for £8 until a certain time (think it was 10pm) £3 entry fee and doormen on hand. Bar in off the street with entertainment stage through the back of the bar. Polite staff. Went on a Thursday night and can imagine it could get very packed depending on the night or act that is on so would advise to get here earlier rather than later if you want to save a spot.

Went here on a random pub crawl and was pleasantly surprised - sitting dangerously close to vodka revolution and slug and lettuce you would suspect that that places slightly rowdy (at 2am) crowd would have all decided to move here but no .. the door staff are very good at ensuring the right people go in so if your absolutely smashed and shouting alot you may find it hard to get in but if your a quiet drunk that respects the people around you they'll let you in with open arms and point you to their nice dance floor and many drinks on offer .. music was good too and someone gave me a hat.

Good late night stop. Has interesting bands. Booze is not over priced. Can be issues if you turn up on a Wednesday royally hammered and there's people sat down and listening quietly to a sensitive band.
