Have been to Hydra a few times now with friends and by myself. This place makes an unsociable punk like me very welcome, and I really appreciate the genuine kindness of the people working here putting their hardest efforts into keeping this place going.

Proper coffee cheaper than anywhere else (£1 for americano), an impressive selection of local/radical books and a friendly atmosphere. Events include everything from lively political discussions and history talks to an open mic and punk gigs!
