Have been a patient here for a few years now. All of the doctors i have seen have been very friendly and helpful! Sometimes you have to wait quite a while for an appointment which is the only downside!

Terrible service. I usually order my pills online using the patient access system. Logged on and the record of my prescription has disappeared. I called the surgery and the woman on the phone went out of her way to be asent unhelpful as possible and insisted I visit the surgery and fill in a form for a repeat prescription even though I have had the same pills for over 2 years. I feel the staff are ineffectual and Incompetent and we're overly officious in dealing with me. I was left inconvenienced and nothing has been resolved.
