Firstly, I really like the gym. It has the best variety of equipment for bodybuilding, although many are rather worn out. I'm not too keen on the latest layout and the loss of the punchbags, curl bars and having to share the olympic bar on the flat and incline benches. No water machine, no parking, no proper changing rooms or usable lockers have always been a major downside here. I'm only giving a higher rating due to the friendly staff and overall good atmosphere.

I have found them to be very helpful. The atmosphere is easy going - spacious gym. Changing rooms could be better but other than that - so far I have no complaints.

Poor experience, badly run gym with inadequate facilities and equipment, staff and owner rude and unhelpful, highly not recommended.
