Hidden gem. Very friendly family run gym. Better than any gym I have trained at. The classes are very varied and you never know what your going to get. Brilliant. Gareth pushes you to your level and is always around to help you with any training issues. Love it.

Friendly and very helpful. Understanding of individual needs and happy to accommodate. Varied and comprehensive list of classes available and suitable for all levels. Having been out of action for some 21 years. I've signed up now and am looking forward progressing with my fitness with the Fitness Regiment Well recommended

Lovely local gym, good classes and equipment, friendly peeps running it, no posers just friendly atmosphere.
