Great for entertaining the kids...not do much for the parents. Very few places manage both. But 4 stars for the kids.

Expensive ticket and after that you pay for everything inside. The small rides took 2£ and didn't work, when we reported it the staff simply replied 'thanks for letting us know '.
The witches and wizards school (apart from the nice setup) was incredibly boring.
Been there 3 times and always regretted it.

Upon arrival, I initially thought the price was a bit high for the activities that appeared to be available. But, it was a fantastic day out and we ended up spending most of the day there. It turned out I was wing and it was actually great value for money.
Plenty for kids of all ages, although it seemed more suited to younger children, perhaps.
Lots of adventure play stuff, plenty of animals to see and get close to - highlights for us were feeding the reindeers, pig racing, handling a royal python and watching the falconry.
We also went on the train ride, tractor ride and shire horse carriage ride. For us it definitely made sense to purchase the more expensive ticket as you get tokens to use on the rides.
There was also plenty of inside and outside picnic areas, so taking your own food and having a picnic is easy to do.

Very disappointed with our visit we were greeted without a smile and were told not to buy the adventure pass as we might not get round to doing all the adventures only to find we did the whole park in 2 hrs including paying separately for the adventure tractor ride and train at a ripe off price your definitely better off paying the 13.90 for everything
if your children are over 6 there's not much else for them to do other than play in the park which was good. Animals were rubbish very unhappy looking goat! Not much food choice mainly just kids meals
I wouldn't come back again I'd save my money and go to the park

Entrance price was very reasonable, I would suggest the adventurers ticket as this gives you included rides on the train, tractor, quad bikes etc - all great fun. Indoor play area is also great, plenty for everyone to do.
Also, there's a really nice nature walk around the ground. Every 100 metres or so there is an activity for the kids to play on. We found our grandson was running to the next one each time.
Very enjoyable day out - oh, and the food was great as well, plenty of seating area for everyone, even if it's raining 😎
