Had 1 good on time pick up.
On another occasion they eventually turned up, 15mins late, after 2 calls to the office.
The third time was shocking. I booked a taxi as i knew I would be leaving Motion on my own & all the taxis there over charge. They never showed, i rang several times to be told the taxi was almost there, but still no show 20mins later, then they stopped taking my calls. No other taxi would take me 1.5 miles for under £15, even after explaining my situation & begging them (the true fair is £8). I only had £10 on me, they even refused to drive me as far as that money would take me. I had to walk home, alone, at 3:30am.
I will never use this company again.
And shame on all the other taxi drivers that night too.

Booked a taxi for the airport. And got confirmation but nothing turned up. Absolute joke.

you dont even deserve a one star, i booked with you online and the taxi never showed up!!
I called three times and the person that answered me said I didnt had any booking and that the booking reference didint match, which is a complete lie cause I had their email confirming my booking and I even chated with a sales rep on their website who also confirmed my booking.
Never to book with you again and obviously I will share my experience.... all over the internet
