We found Flight Centre last summer whilst planning for our honeymoon in October last year. Grace in the Clifton branch could not have been more enthusiastic, friendly, efficient and helpful in our search for the perfect place. We had shopped around to compare prices, but came back to Flight centre as Grace was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful person and just made it easy for us! She worked out the best times and connections for us and thought of everything. She added in all those little extras that make your honeymoon so special!
We decided on Fiji and could not have been happier, such a beautiful place, with lovely people! The highlight of the trip was a few nights on Tokoriki island, which I can only describe as 5 star paradise! If I could give it 10 stars I would! The only blip of the whole trip was when one of the crew on Fiji Airways was taken ill mid flight so the plane had to return to LA for immediate medical assistance, which meant we were delayed by a day arriving at our first hotel. I initially called the Travel Butler service, but without immediate success, so I also called Grace as I was worried that there would be not be a taxi to meet us at 1 in the morning and she sorted everything out for us. She was fantastic! All in all it was an unforgettable experience and will definitely be using Flight Centre again!
