The best shopping experience of my life. Amazing customer approach ... not pushy ... not stand off ....no standing around chatting about the weekend (hate that in shops!). Took time to ask about my purchases and Disney experiences and likes / dislikes, helped me work out what I wanted as a gift for my little girl and we ended up chatting about how much we love the girl power essence of Belle, Sophia, Eleana of Avalor and Mulan.
Left with a couple of special extras and a new Cheshire cat mug for Mummy to sip wine out of, when watching Strictly on a Saturday night! (Drink sensibly people!).
Amazing store manager, great new products, helpful staff and lots of magic and sparkel all around!

Friendly staff but you expect that at a disney store, kinda small compared to other Disney stores in the UK so limited stock.
