Very disappointed that H&M have indeed closed their Briggate store. Now have to travel to the White Rose centre. A massive inconvenience for me. Just because the shop wasn't making a profit apparently. I am annoyed because they have a massive store in Trinity that have all womens. Surely they could find the room to cater for the men? But obviously they don't really care.

Staff huddled in a corner chatting, changing room unattended and no one at till area so stood waiting for about five minutes. Music and PA was WAY too loud as others have said. Got the wrong size as I couldn't find anyone to explain the size guide to me.

Ok but had massive soundy stem blaring last time I went in. Impossible to shop. Left with a headache
