Ordered something for university, it took over 4 weeks to arrive and when it finally did, the words on the front of the hoody were mis-spelt. I phoned to ask them to re-do it, received lower than average customer service and was told they would re-make the garment for me because of the error.
Another 3 weeks went on before they sent me the new one, and this one is mis-spelt again!!!! And not only that, I had to pay for the return postage of the first one because they didn't send me any returns paper work.
Sorry but this is completely ridiculous and plain careless to have errors on both deliveries. Don't they have quality control?! Shocking. Absolutely do not recommend this company for anything. I wouldn't even rate them the 1 star if I could help it.

Absolutely awful customer service. Have had to return items TWICE for faulty transfers. They just ignore emails and don't come back. I only wanted 40 tops but it has now taken me over 8 months and I still don't have a full set of uniforms for my staff.
