Me and my partner love this store. We are big kids at heart and have a 10 year old son so toys and games in our house are a big thing. We went in here today to do some Christmas shopping and were made to feel like thieves. The security guard asked my partner what she was looking at when she was looking at computer games. We then moved away and were followed around the store by the same security guard and stared at the whole time. I'm sorry but where would I be able to hide a board game on me?! I understand that security is key but to make genuine shoppers feel so uncomfortable that they leave without buying anything is not.

The people in the store are extremely well trained and understand that putting themselves out that little bit extra produces a more positive effect with the customers than just pointing in the vague direction of an aisle. When I visited on Wednesday a lady working the till took me half way round the shop showing me multiple options for the things I was looking for. She then passed me to another colleague who was equally polite and friendly and again showed me the multiple choices I had. All in all an impressive visit with one flaw. The prices for toys and games seem to now be very high.

Toy shop is really good, staff are helpful if you ask but there seems to be a lot that stand around. Good parking and a clean store. A lego day was advertised and it was on but it was a tiny table in the corner which we couldn't find and had to ask, it would be better if it was in a different area with a little more space.
