The classes are great but the service isn't. I asked about a month I wouldn't be able to come to the classes and Vicki responded with 'we still have to pay the rent' and stormed off. She also led me to believe I would be able to cancel the membership then rejoin the following month and told me to email requesting it. When I emailed she said it wasn't possible. Awful customer service - they don't value their customers at all

Studio is modern, clean and odour free.
Teachers are all nice, friendly and very helpful.
If you've not done hot Bikram yoga before don't worry about how much you can achieve on your first day. On my first day I just did only 10% of the exercises. No one will judge or care how much you practiced, its all about your own body well being. On my first day I thought it was crazy to exercise in hot room and I would possibly die. Your body need the hot heat to make your muscle more flexible for your practice. Even after your first day, you would feel good, alive and sleep better that night.
To cut story short, I've never thought Birkram yoga was for me until I try it. Now I cannot live without my hot Birkram yoga! Thanks to Vicky the owner and her teams for opening Birkram yoga studio in Leeds!

This is a great place with great ppl! I love it all as i am full if arthritis and pains and ither problems. Ive not had any issues doing this! So i recomend this to anyone! 🤗

Easy to fill in basic personal details on line.
Friendly welcome and a great deal for first timers for 10 days.
Great clean studio, changing rooms and showers.
Enthusiastic and experienced teachers encouraging students of all abilities.
Absolutely recommended, and will come again next time I'm in Leeds.
