My wife and I have been having a one-on-two yoga session with Lara every week for the past six months. Lara’s teachings are quite unique in that she tailors the session to what we need at a particular moment in time. She always introduces new postures with a twist, and ends the session with a deep and meaningful Yoga-Nidra. Lara is a rare person whom we wish we had met earlier. In her subtle and unique way, she has managed to add flexibility to our bodies and provide us with a number of tools to reduce stress and improve quality of sleep. We are both now hooked and it has become the highlight of the week.
We are so delighted with Lara and the impact that she has on wellbeing. We can highly recommend her and her services to anyone who is looking to improve the quality of their life.
