Excellent gym.
I signed up for a month's membership whilst my partner was in hospital going through a bone marrow transplant. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, on hand to provide training advice. The facilities are varied and cater for all kinds of gym goers. Members of the gym are also friendly and will help you out if you need help lifting weights.
I was helped with finding programs that suited and motivated me. I highly recommend Gym LS7 to anyone wanting to find a proper gym.
