I first signed up to white collar boxing at Bad company gym in Leeds with Richard and Lisa after losing my motivation to exercise and drag my arse to the gym, knowing signing up for this event it would give me an aim to get fit! FIGHT NIGHT! And raise money for an Amazing charity, Cancer Research UK. To be honest it's one of the best things I've ever done! Richard and Lisa are so dedicated to what they do it's unbelievable! And genuinely lovely people who want to help you achieve your goal!
I've also made some really awesome friends along this journey that have supported me and I've supported them! So thanks again to Richard Smith, Lisa Smith and Joe Craven for your time!

Since the start of our training for UWCB event, Richard, Joe and Lisa have been fantastic! Very friendly environment at the gym and the guys have been helpful and shown great encouragement! Cant wait to compete in the match this weekend and i will definitely keep up the training in the future. Thanks guys :-)

Amazing place to box. The staff the coach everyone is amazing. Definitely gonna come back at some point. Even tho I’m deaf they respect me completely.

Fantastic gym. Been training here for the past 8 weeks for an ultra white collar boxing event and loved it. The staff work you hard which is just what you need in these fighting sports. Going to sign up to the next event and look forward to more training. Big thumbs up.

I trained here for a white collar boxing event. All of the people there are amazingly friendly and helpful from all of the coaches to the other people who use the gym other than training for this event. I would definitely train there again after this event but sadly the distance may prove a bit much for me.....anyone else make sure you go it's top drawer.
