I started having pilates lessons with Abbie about three months ago, after pilates was recommended to me by a friend. She has been a superb teacher, helping me to understand more about my posture and how to improve my physical strength. I felt completely comfortable with her from the start, and she has continued to challenge me and help me to improve constantly over the last few months. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone in Leeds considering pilates!
