Great gym, if you want to get into shape and stay in fit, get yourself down.

I've trained at gyms all over the country and found Tigers to be one of the best training environments, whatever level you're at. Get stuck in and don't be afraid to ask for help. Everyone is friendly and you're encouraged to leave your ego at the door - which is how it should be. Can't recommend enough. Big thanks to Gary and Michelle.

Tigers is the friendliest gym around for Thai Boxing & Boxing training in Leeds for everyone, especially for University students in the local area. You will learn and build up fitness at your own pace and really have a good time doing it. I've now moved back home after studying, but recommend Tigers fully.
