Ugh- we are wellness in headingley was very disappointing. A fitness class with a shouting instructor and electronic music with a heavy bass going on in the room next door while trying to do yoga. Got a major headache now!!!

Absolutely love this place, highly recommended. The studio is beautiful & the classes are well thought out & enthusiastically taught with provision for all levels. Loved it here & will definitely be back when I'm in Leeds again.

A fabulous venue for yoga. Went there the first time last week and was very taken with the space. Really great instructors too.

Fantastic yoga, beautiful space, perfect atmosphere and great location. Prices are good and teachers are SO lovely. Highly recommend.

I'm really happy to see this open up in such a great location and in such a beautiful building. I have been to Helena's classes before and really rate her teaching. Everyone is helpful and approachable and I really recommend getting along to a class!
