I originally went a few years ago and did not enjoy it. However, it has been refurbished and they now have plenty of power racks and deadlift platforms which is what it was lacking. Great work from everyone involved and great staff (even the cleaner who turned off a treadmill when I was on it)

Offers a gym membership for £9.99/month, with a good variety of well maintained equipment. I mean, in terms of value for money, no other gym really comes close. The only slight downside is the limited parking area, but other gyms also have this issue.

Great gym equipment and lots of it. Ladies only room. Good choice of classes, zumba and Bokwa are really good fun.
Classes are easy to view and book on the app.

Student membership at £10 every month is an amazing deal, allowing me to keep fit and active without breaking the bank. The equipment is all of a high quality and is very well maintained. If something does break, it is quickly cordoned off and fixed promptly. The only issue is parking on the street can sometimes be dangerous as a number of cars have been broken into on past occasions.

I really don't understand some people...its £9.99 a month. If you want multiple water fountains and machines that are brand new and fixed immediately then go and pay £50 a month at Virgin or even more at David Lloyd. You get what you pay for.
Yes it does get busy at peak times, something you should expect...it's obviously very popular due to the price, the range of equipment and the variety of classes that don't cost anything extra to participate in.
It's worth the money and provides you with pretty much everything you need to get fit.
If I attend 3 times a week that means I'm paying 83p per visit...just think about that the next time you read a negative review.
