Wouldn't give me a ginger bread latte because I wasn't paying with my Starbucks card?! Every other Starbucks I have been to only needed to see my loyalty card. Very disappointed.

Classic starbucks, comfortable seats, the collection/cleaning staff are very rapid even at busy times.

It's a shame I've only had negative experiences when coming to this store as it seems the majority of people do like this store. However, when I've visited It's always over crowded, they get my order wrong and the place is dirty, and this wasn't just a one-off, it was on multiple occasions. On the plus side, the coffee is nice and the amount of choice you have is better than competitors.
