We went in to Nissan Leicester late on a Sunday afternoon to look at and test drive a Qashqai and were worried we would be too late, but Nathan was fantastic in accommodating us and really put me at ease during the test drive (which was a little daunting at first as I'm used to a much smaller car). He spent time talking us through all the features and letting me test the cameras and sensors in the car park as both were new to me. Most importantly he didn't go for the hard sell and wasn't pushy or aggressive, just very knowledgeable and friendly.

Marvellous - just bought a new Leaf. Annie and Emma were really helpful. Got the best price by a country mile from them. They even tried to get the cost down further for us after we had agreed a deal. Can't wait to pick the car up
