I have had a couple of jobs done at Parkers now. One on my girlfriends brand new Fiat that she had a nice front end in with full airbag deployment. I have to say it was an excellent job. Paint match was spot on especially as it was a 2 toned car. Interior was all fitted correctly all round a top class repair.

From my personal experience their repairs appear to be of a poor quality. The panel they repaired is rusting within 3 years, and the 5 year guarantee magically doesn't cover it.
Their just as rude in person as they are over the phone. Surprised that the little cartoon man isn't wearing a Cowboy hat.
If you're considering getting your car repaired by them, be warned that will void any corrosion warranty with the original manufacturer, and chances are Parkers paint job will be so bad that the car with start to rust and Parkers will get out of sorting it.

Damaged the front end of my prized Mazda 3 MPS, after a shunt with an inexperienced driver who breaked for no explained reason, on a traffic island. The bumper and grill were cracked, and split, bonnet bent and out of line, also R/H headlamp mounting cracked, and scuffs and scatches on the bonnet. The car was driveable, but looked a mess compared to its previous A1 condition. My car was picked up from home, on time, and a courtesey car left in its place. Less than 2 weeks later, my Mazda was returned. WOW!!! what a super job they had done. I'm a perfectionist by nature, and I could not tell, that my car had ever been damaged, infact it looked like new again. The metallic red paint, is a two stage, and one of the hardest to match. However, it is a perfect match in any light. Overal, a superb job and full credit to the lads and lass'es at Parkers.
