I'd been training for years but didn't really seem to be getting anywhere, despite eating healthy and training hard.
These guys have taught me how to move properly and get nutrition right. Really knowledgeable, can't recommend highly enough.

I am loving my time with MEAN! The coaching is top class and the music inspiration is even better! he, he! I am much fitter & stronger and feel generally better all round. Would recommend to anyone. xx

After just completing my 6 week challenge I couldn't be happier with the results! After losing 3.5" from waist and 3" from my stomach I can really feel a difference! The classes are amazing and the trainers are full of experience and banter to make the sessions educational and fun at the same time! I will miss you all and thanks for the fantastic opportunity!

I have recently joined at MEAN training and thought I would write about my time there so far!

They are a group of personal trainers (Eve, Mark and Clinton) who over the last 5 weeks have helped me to transform my body into one that I am now starting to love.

I started on the 13th June slightly skeptical, could it be as good as all those testimonies said? After my first week I was hooked. They have given me all the help and support I have needed to start achieving my fitness goals. I attend their group sessions (they also do private and semi-private) where I love the camaraderie between the people there.

I have a full nutrition plan and attend the classes 3 times a week. They use weight based training which is making me lean and strong, and shedding the excess pounds. The nutrition plan is easy to follow and it ensures I fuel my body with what it needs so I no longer feel tired and lethargic and my sugar cravings are disappearing. It’s easy to follow as it’s not a diet, just healthy living which means there is still room for the odd gin and tonic on a nice summer evening!

In the 5 weeks I have been with them I have lost 3.5kg (7.5lbs) and 9cm (3.5inches) from my waist. Anybody wanting to ditch their bad habits, improve how they look and feel, should pay the MEAN team a visit.

Absolutely smashing people, great workouts always making sure your technique is right to get the best out of each exercise. Cheers guys looking forward to the rest of my course
