Motorvate is a very friendly exercise centre for elderly or disabled ladies. It has motorized exercise machines which keep my joints moving and ease the arthritis. It is good physiotherapy for ladies who have had hip or knee replacements and helps them regain their independence. It is also somewhere for ladies to go to socialize over a cup of tea. It is easy to get to as it is right next to St Margarets bus station in Leicester.
