This is the best Gym I have used.
Come here to get a workout done with no messing around. No sitting on equipment texting and creating a playlist for 15 minutes, no leaving weights scattered around and not in their proper places. You get a sense this is a place where gym etiquette is taken seriously for the benefit of everyone using the place. The setting and equipment inspire a sense of purpose and that purpose is to get a workout on!
The personal trainers here seem knowledgeable and experienced too. I have seen regular clients of a couple of trainers make significant improvements to their body shape over time.
Everyone's experience is going to differ, but for me the atmosphere, no- nonsense, proper iron equipment and friendly regulars encourage hard work and motivate me to push myself harder and further.

Ramsy the local legend runs this gym like an old clock. They are always extremely polite and willing to help with any issues and the gym itself has the perfect atmosphere for training. Just weights or fight training it's all there and I've not to date met someone that's a dick 10/10

Fantastic Gym! Been going here pretty much since it opened! Great old school proper gym equipment, free weights and machines that leave you feeling like you've had a proper workout! Atmosphere is great and everybody is really friendly!

This gym is great. Being a rather large lady I was a little worried that I would be stared at and feel a little self conscious, I could not have been more wrong. Staff and members were very helpful and gave me great advise. Really friendly gym to suit all types of people.
