I got in my queue for my bank statement and I was asked to go to the printing machine to print out the statement by myself. And the machines is not working and I told the manager another machine’s printer is not working then she still insist that I need to wait for the machine. I waited for the machine and another lady come to tell me this machine is not available for printing so I need to be in the queue for my statement again. So I was there, waiting in queue for three times

Massive queues on saturdays, lack of staff and too many automated machines. Complete mess in here on weekends. Bank manager needs sacking!!

Had to come multiple times to open a savings account but they keep coming up with excuses saying that theres no managers or anything, I still want to open an account at Barclays but I don't know if there are anyone there capable of doing so.....

After a long queue, a female staff reject to open a saving account to me with many excuses, even though it is a easy work. And her attitude is rude and arrogant.

There is no customer service desk and everytime I want help some staff are rude, but overall it is a great bank.
